walk around in circles

Dozers and Fraggles the endless circle of life.

I don't really know what to say. That's just about par for this course though. I'm really beginning to wonder if it matters which candidate ends up as our president. No, to be honest I'm really struggling to give a fuck. Right now I'm losing the struggle. It all sames like the same old crap to me. Spouting whatever will gain them the position they want. It all seems very divorced from my life. Last time around I voted for Bush and what did that get me? (He lost my state so it's not really my fault.) I have to choose somebody and hope that they will respond to future events in a way that I would want them to. I can not forsee the future so I can not tell what those events will be. I do not know the men so I can not say how they would respond to the events that I can not forsee. I have to trust that the person I vote for will make the decisions that I would have made. But more than likely they won't. So I'm left being forced to choose someone to 'lead' me that I would rather not have leading me. Realistically I only have two candidates to choose from. Why is that freedom? Oh well what can you do? Not really related to that but still semi on topic.

In 1994, Republican Randall Luthi and Independent Larry Call tied for a seat in the Wyoming House of Representatives from the Jackson Hole area with 1,941 votes each. A recount produced the same result. Mr. Luthi was finally declared the winner when, in a drawing before the State Canvassing Board, a pingpong ball bearing his name was pulled from the cowboy hat of Democratic Governor Mike Sullivan.

Hi,

Yeah, I agree.

My basic philosophy on politics: Anyone interested in a position of power is inherently disqualified due to their ambition.  Only those without political aspirations are fit for such duty.  Thus, only drafting individuals who are *actually* capable of doing said job ought to create some *actual* progress in our country.

Just a thought,
